I have specific training in reflexology lymphatic drainage, gained with Sally Kay BSc (Hons), the award winning reflexology practitioner, researcher and specialist trainer – see www.reflexologylymphdrainage.co.uk. This course focused primarily on reducing secondary lymphoedema of the arm after treatment for breast cancer. Early indications suggest that this RLD technique may be useful with other conditions too, such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, CFS / ME allergies, other inflammatory auto-immune disorders, and pregnancy and premenstrual fluid retention.
