Contra-indications

To avoid disappointment, if you have any of the following conditions I would ask that you give me a call or drop me an email and we can discuss in more detail whether you would be suitable for reflexology.

• Cancer
• Epilepsy
• Diabetes
• First 12 weeks of pregnancy
• Circulatory disorders including any heart conditions, low or high blood pressure, thrombosis or phlebitis
• Contagious diseases or illnesses

For less serious conditions, for example, verrucas, warts, cuts and sores on the feet, it may be possible to work around the areas.

Please note that reflexologists do not diagnose medical conditions. Reflexology is an holistic therapy and not a medical treatment.
